Just download it from the Nord Sample Library! It seems, you don't find it in the Nord Sample Library 3, but in the Nord Sample Library Archive. Nord Sound Manager will convert it into *.nsmp3

No need to convert it manually. Nord Sound Manager does that for you as soon as you try to download it to your Nord.
