Sorry, I seem to have missed the request for Let's Dance the first time around. I'm attaching the sound I use. I don't have the time right now to make a demo recording, though I can try this weekend. Basically, I use a brass sound in the lower half of the split and a fat saw synth in the upper half of the split. I have the control pedal mapped to morph the delay wet/dry and feedback for the synth sound, so when we get to the bridge and there's that big diving type sound, I do my own take on this by sweeping up the pedal and using the pitch stick, set to drop by an octave. If you hit it just right, it sounds a bit like the recording though NS3 style, LOL.

Hope this helps!
Eric
Hi Eric, thank you very much. Please, do not be sorry ! will try it straight away. Please do take care, and thanks again ;-)
Current Keyboard Rig: Nord Stage 3 compact, Yamaha Montage 7wh, Yamaha YC61, Alesis Fusion 6HD. Yamaha babygrand Piano. Extra sounds Ipad with AUM and plenty of synth apps + onsong pro

Hi I'm new to covers and building my NORD stage 3 to cover a bunch of songs. One of them is Jesse's Girl...are you able to share your program? Thank you so much for your massive contribution to this site...I'm learning sooooo much from you guys.

Would you be able to share your patch/program you use for playing "Eminence Front?"

I'm having trouble getting correct myself on my NS3

Thanks in advance

Sure thing. I have attached the main NS3 program as well as the sample from the Who song. There's a split with the sample in the lower portion of the keyboard. Playing C will trigger the right pitch/tempo to match the song. I have it set to hold the sample loop running, though you may want to turn this off during the verse of the song and retrigger the sample every few measures unless your drummer is really good at following the sample tempo.

Above the lower split is a big layered EP sound with lots of delay and other effects. Hope you like it!

I missed this request the first time around during a time when I wasn't actively visiting the forum. I've attached my NS3 program for Jessie's Girl. It makes use of a morph assigned to control pedal to bring in the synth brass part during the bridge. Otherwise it is a bright CP80 sound with an organ sound in the background. Hope it helps!

Some new additions - find sounds https://www.norduserforum.com/nord-stag ... 24934.html

Styx - Blue Collar Man (uses two programs)

Journey - Separate Ways (uses three programs - one is called VH Jump - thanks to whomever created this one)

[BBvideo=425,350]https://youtu.be/GJ_fOllfVtk?si=nP1Smzgl3Pg6RIPv[/BBvideo]

Foreigner - Urgent (uses two main programs and one for "sax" solo that I try to approximate with a hard sync type sound)

Hey EricL. Thanks for the offer to show your patches, etc. I'm new to the deal, and the NS3 but do you have any patches/sounds for Steve Miller Band songs? I just joined a tribute band.
Thanks. ST

I don't play any SMB songs currently and I think most are pretty straight forward classic sounds like organ and piano.

A long time ago I did Fly Like an Eagle on NS2. I believe you can find that sound or close to it here on this forum. Check here:
