In that case no. ns2p: Nord Stage 2 program (only works there)
nsmp: Nord sample works in all Nords that support single layer samples in this type of format.
If you can borrow a NS2 to play the ns2p patch, then you could record some notes as wav and make your own nsmp file to load in the NE5. It might not have the same articulation of the ns2p sound, as it is just a static recording of a program that might have some complex modulation, but that might be good enough.
