No Woman No Cry
Hi can anyone point me in the direction of a sound for Bob Marley's No Woman No Cry.The organ seems to be a double manual with high riffs as well as chords.Thanks.

There is a B3 preset for it here

Sounds like a cool book.... I might have to buy a copy. Yeh, I use 6886 upper for AWSOP with 2nd soft slow... Lower is 443 but I end up using more like 554 or even 665 on my M3 sometimes. Not really "classic rock" but for Bob Marley's "No Woman No Cry" I use 654000005 upper w/ chorus/vibrato for the intro and 008800000 on the lower for verses.

Re: No Woman No Cry
This might help:
Note that it's a reproduction of the classic live version, not the studio version, and they're quite different from each other.

Re: No Woman No Cry
Nice sound Funk76. Is that created with only the organ section or have you added some NS2 stuff like samples etc?
If just the organ, would you tell me the drawbar settings please so I can recreate it on my NS EX?
I've tried 654053005. Pretty close, but not quite.
Thx

Re: No Woman No Cry
Finally i found some time:
Var.1:
Slot A 654000005 Chorus = C3 Perc=OFF
Slot B 008880000 Chorus = C3 Perc=OFF
Var.2:
Slot A 888000001 Chorus = C3 Perc=OFF
Slot B 008800000 Chorus = C3 Perc=OFF
Leslie on and little overdrive.
I morph between this 2 variations via modwheel.
Have fun!

Re: No Woman No Cry
Great stuff Funk76, thanks a lot!
Spot-on.
Are Slots A & B on the NS2 the same as Panel A & B on my EX?
