Lady Marmalade - Moulin Rouge

Hello,

this is my first post in this amazing forum which I am using since many years and I was able to benefit a lot from it.
I made a preset for “Lady Marmalade” in the film version from Moulin Rouge performed by Christina Aguilera, Lil'Kim, Mya and Pink.
It's not exactly the synth on the recording.
The original synth has more phaser effect but I realized when I turn on the phaser in the effect section the Basssynth loses it's power and in a live context together with a band it doesn't come out anymore. Even if I put the amount of the phaser on very low. So I left it out.

I also made a Youtube Video playing the whole song and I have written the sheet music of the keyboard part exactly the way I am playing it in the Video and live with my Band. When you're interested in the sheet music send me an Email to keyboardparts@gmail.com and I can send you the sheet music as .pdf or Sibelius file.

how do I work out the sounds you used for the bass and organ ?

Hi Tim,

Download the NS2 program attached in the first post and load this into the online Nord Program Viewer website.
This way you should be able to see the settings for this program.

edit: I don't see a synthbass when loading the program, so you might have contact the creator.
edit 2: I just loaded the NS2 program inside my instrument and it seems to be correct

Is that correct?

Great program, thanks, my 3 female singers will have a blast singing it especially my daughter who is singing the Chrustina Aguilera songs or parts. Thanks a lot, I email you for the score as well.
