Dear All,
I have searched the forum to find an answer but couldn't find any or have probably missed it.
I want to use my Behringer FCB1010 Midi Controller to switch between programs on my Nord Piano 5. The FCB1010 provides simple up and down foot switches (among others) which I want to use for this task. I understand from the manual that I have to set the function "Direct Select" to "Off" to make that happen. There are certainly additional steps required.
Do you think that the NP5 will work with such a midi controller or has someone already gained experience with this or a similar setup?
I will be happy to get your opinion or if you share your experience.
Best regards
Jan

If you could make the Behringer send real program change messages, it would work. But the Nord doesn't know any kind of one-step-up and one-step-down MIDI commands.
What you can select via MIDI is distinct programs, pianos and samples.
