In the following patch I use the sostenuto-functionality for the piano slot A and both sostenuto and kbgate-function for the synth-sound slot B.
That means this synth-sound sustains with no more playing while the other elements keep on playing with no sustain.
I use the Trpiple Pedal but this should also work with an extra latch pedal.
Slot-B-synth-section uses Clavia's sample FullOrchestra_ste SRv4 on location No. 25.

The following Rhodes has got some ampsim an EQing which I found cuts quite well through a mix.
First part is without, second with chorus.
Nothing special but to my needs the best I can get out of the currently available epiano library.

I have learnt from your patches Patschi, thank you for sharing.
First program with example using the latch function on the forum.
I like the balance between the twin cabinet, the eq settings, the compressor, and the pan for your Rhodes programm, the -1 oct shift, the organ section goes well with it too. I'll keep the name "Genuine Rhodes" for me too
And I always like synth pads too.

Thank you for your replies and for the MP3 and download of the patch. What I need to know is:- Can I hold down the opening chord and add the rising Major in the intro using the Wheel or Pitch Bend without the original chord being affected?

No, KB Latch / KB Gate are features that have not made it into the Nord Stage 3.
I was a bit surprised at first, but then I remembered that for all the ~300 songs I play with my Nord, I’ve maybe used it for 1-2...
