You're not going to have much luck recreating the talk box effect without an actual talk box and your mouth to verbalize the sound, I'm afraid.

On my E5 I found the sound P5 Funkesizer. With a lot of Wah from effect 1 it sounds very useable for me.
Not sure if this is available for your NS2 though.

On the North Stage 3 try the F:35 program 'Clav Synth'. On the A panel I added some drive in the amp sector, assigned extrra vibe on the on the aftertouch morph. The B panel I replaced by 136 Steel Guitar Finger, with extra treble and mid res.
