Hi and welcome to NUF, the best community of Nordies available on the web
What would be the purpose of the amp you are looking for, should it be for home usage, studio or stage? Also since you bought a NS3 compact is it safe to assume that your preference is on organ and synth sounds, or is piano at least equally important for you?
Best regards Schorsch

Im looking for a amp to play live. I do like great piano sounds and strings.. the layering. Im still trying to find some nice strings. The setting is in church stage if that helps. Since I just got the NS3 yesterday Ive been busy trying separtely the three main areas. Its getting more interesting than yesterday. I nearly took to the keyboard back.

Welcome! Here's a thread with a ton of info on amplification. For pianos, you should strongly consider a pair of speakers to run in stereo.

The default answer I would give for a starting point would be a pair of QSC K8.2 speakers if you need to self-amplify, or a set of IEMs (I prefer the ambient instead of sealed) if your keys are going through the FOH system and you just need to monitor yourself.
For strings, I've found the most use out of "OrchStrings Marc HiVib" sample and adjusting the Frequency Filter and Attack/Release.
There are fantastic tutorial videos for the Stage 3 on the My Keys to Music YouTube channel.

Good luck and enjoy!

I agree with ajstan, if you don't know what to buy, a pair of QSC K8.2s is a great start. Besides sounding great, powerful, light weight, reliable, etc. --- they can be used in many different ways, depending on the situation. If those are too expensive, consider a pair of similar powered 8" with DSPs, e.g. CP8, Yamaha, EV, etc.
If your budget is really tight, buy one speaker first, then the other. Most Nord players appreciate stereo.

I think I have gear issues ....

Greetings from California, Tom. As said, the QSC K 8'.2 are well regarded, compact and kick A** for their size
