Hello @all!

following problem, i hope you can help me solve:

My nord electro 2 suddenly showed E.7 at the start, and afterwards --.
Well, it has some software problems i guess. I tried to make a factory reset, but it`s not possible because it doesnt get a midi-in, midi-out, that i could choose in the installation process, so i cant go further. I tried it a few times...i plugged two midi cables into my interface while doing that.

Can anybody help me?

Are you using the USB connection? I believe that is the only way... Pablo?

On NE2 USB is only used for transferring sounds. Midi is used for OS loading functions.

Rotomod, your problem is almost certainly not a software one, but a hardware one. It is very likely that you have one or more failing flashes and will need a pro tech to swap some fresh chips into your instrument. Your Deutscher distributor, Sound Service, should be able to help you with service referral, either in Germany or via Stockholm.
