Sound Manager Stuck on 99% (NE4D)

Hey you guys. I'm trying to download a piano (BlueSwede Ostl&Alm Lrg 5.3) to my Nord Electro 4D via Nord Sound Manager. However I keep getting stuck on 99% on the transfer in the program. I have the latest OS in my 4D and the latest USB drivers and all. Have tried searching this forum and the internet but haven't found any solution.
Anyone else who've run into this?

Hi Calle (and Bart),
Not too sure about this one...I'm not aware of any reports similar to this really. In situations where things are just a little weird (like this one), I would probably try using FORMAT command from File Menu in Nord Sound Manager and then reload all the pianos and samples. That's quite a PITA, but may solve things. If you try this I will be interested to learn whether you get positive results or whether the issue remains.
