How to Open an NE2?

Folks, I'm new to the forum but have had my NE2 for about 3 years. I need to open it up to be able to clean the contacts for the program buttons, etc. I have removed the 5 screws from the back and both sets of screws from the side panels, but something is preventing me from opening it. There are several screws on the bottom, but don't know which (if any) of them need to be removed to open the top of the instrument. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Bfulton47,
Welcome to the forum!
I'm never one to encourage someone to open their keyboard to work on it.
But, I will answer your question for information purposes.
There is a slightly larger screw on the bottom, centered but a little toward the rear, I believe this is the one that you've missed.
If you look at the screws that form an outline of the keybed frame, the screw in question will be outside of that outline "towards the rear".

Hanon - Thaks so very much for your quick response. Thanks to your advice, I located the 'magic' screw! My intent is to simply clean the connectors - no major surgery! Really appreciate the help!
