Hey guys,

I've found a bunch of posts about the volume of the organ section being significantly less than the other sections of the keyboard, is there any work around that's been found?

I'm having to turn up my keyboard to 100% and keep my control pedal pinned to get it close to volume matching to the pianos and synth. A few times I've had to reach and turn up the mixer.

I have a Stage 2 Rev B with the current OS.

What pedal make/model? Does it match the model set in the menu? Does the pedal have an offset dial to adjust?
Have you tried cranking up the organ drive? What about the equalizer?
Sorry for the many questions, but it could be quite a few things.

pedal is yahama fc7, it registers as midi value 127 when it's floored,

only rotor sim, no drive, no eq.

If you're using a mixer, the best solution is to connect outputs 3 and 4 of the Stage to another pair of inputs on the mixer, and then route the organ to outputs 3 and 4. Then you can turn the organ up separately as much as you like on the mixer. You can route the organ to outputs 3 and 4 either globally (ie all the time), or you can set this routing per program on the Stage. If you do this, note that you can't then use the reverb or compressor on the organ as they don't go to outputs 3 and 4, but it's a small price to pay.

Using overdrive can help. Also, if your piano and synth volumes are maxxed, you might want to back off on them and STORE the lowered values to leave more space for the organ to come through.

Add a bit of EQ works as well.

I have a NS EX and have had the same problem with the organ output being much softer than the piano and synth. A workaround that has worked for me is to turn on the compressor but keep the "amount" dial down to a minimum. It definitely increases the output. Give it a try.
