Check out "Sound of song" documentary on BBC iPlayer (you may need to use a free proxy site if you are outside the UK)
Amazing interviews with some guys like Brian Wilson of beach boys fame and explanation of early recording techniques - never knew the origin of slapback echo until now :-)

Seems to be a VERY interesting series.

Hey - this should see you right...

you need to use a proxy like I said. This guy is using Linux ubuntu, but should be the same for Mac or PC as both support the Google Chrome browser. There are loads of other proxy solutions if you google "bbc iPlayer proxy", but this seemed the easiest.

Hej Neo!

It seems a bit messy? I don't want to jeopardize my home office or another computer ... I'll wait 'till the series hits the torrent sites ... ;)

Thanks, anyhow!

(Hmmm ... what will the next NLA1 patch be ... Winwood-ish, perhaps ...)
