Nord Electro 3 HP keys not leveled?

Hi,

I just bought a Nord Electro 3 HP and the keys don't seem to be leveled.
The differences aren't that much, but I saw it almost immediately when I opened the box.
All keys work fine and feel ok, but is this normal?

Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh Oh !!!

I've never seen that before ! Just glide with your hands and fingers up and down the keyboard, if you feel very uncomfortable or even pain, I think theres something to do.
In worst case you'll have to return the instrument.

Does anyone has the NE3HP with properly leveled keys?
I'd like to see the difference. I hope I don't find it hard to get it replaced...

EDIT:

Check this out -> http://www.americanmusicandsound.com/ne ... age_PR.jpg
Zoom in and check the keys... Doesn't look so straight either.

How is overall feeling of the keyboard? I tried new Kurzweil SP4-8 yesterday which has the same keybed - Fatar TP/100. I was not impressed. Fatar TP/40L is much better IMHO.

I like the keyboard very much at this point. As far as I experience, I describe it as a mix between a Wurli and a Rhodes.
It has a nice touch and kind of simulates the feeling of the hammer falling back on the end of the key ('springy' maybe?).

It's always a compromise ofcourse... Playing organ with piano keyboard, or playing piano on a waterfall keyboard.

Anyone with another NE3HP, please let me know if you have the same looking key leveling.
I contacted Clavia through their website. Let's see what they say.

Having taken another look at the keyboard, it appears that there is a pattern in the notes being off level.
In every octave it looks like the F and A keys are higher than the previous notes.

I am awaiting delivery of a new HP from Sweetwater this week and will post what I find re: level of keys. This is my first foray into anything other than a US or Japanese keyboard after 40+ years of gigging and am really looking forward to it. Just sold a RD-700GX w/Super Nat card last week because it was left home way too often due to size/weight. The Yamaha S70XS got a good look but the extra real estate to the left of the bass made it just too long. Sweetwater has a a great return policy as long as all packing and item are as new and complete. Here's hoping those keys are level!

Reply from Nord:
This is the case with the Electro 3 HP. The mechanism of the keys
"rest" on a felt strip and they are not 100% level if you look at them
at a certain angle. This will get better after he has used the unit a
bit.
Fingers crossed...

Got the new HP from Sweetwater this week and the keys are all level. Definitely a different feel but nice and responsive. Reminds me of my old Rhodes suitcase from the 70's. The samples are killer, this is going to be a great gig keyboard!
