Hi, I finally bought the Nord C2D last week and yesterday the half-moon switch arrived from Thomann.
Yesterday evening I tried to hook it up and it seems impossible: because the screws can't enter some of the holes.
I tried with various positions but nothing works, screws can't enter into half of the holes and the worst thing it's they are positioned like this:
(O = good hole ; X = bad hole)

X - O - X - O - X - O

Anybody had the same problem? What can I do?

it can happen that paint gets into the threaded holes -- sometimes those screws can be a little stubborn, but if you let them know who is the BOSS they should behave. Worst-case scenario would be to obtain a "tap" for cutting screw threads and clean out the holes. Of course, there's no really good reason why one should have to do this on a $3k+ instrument, but as a pratical matter that would seem to be the simplest solution.

Although, if you've only tried fitting the switch in the pairs 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, then there could be a bad thread on the half-moon screw. I know it's no help, but mine was perfect, though I think Pablo\s right about fixing the thread yourself being the practical solution.

Actually, thinking about it a bit more, I find it hard to believe that every other threaded hole in the organ chassis is bad, unless Nord have some sort of a jig with two taps and the left one is bad. You're not doing something odd like twisting one screw so it won't go in straight, maybe?

I tried both screws in every hole and they behave the same in the same holes, so it's not a screw problem.
I will try again this evening.

I solved using this with the screws

Wait a minute, is it a Nord half-moon, or a Leslie-Hammond half-moon? The screw hole spacing on a Nord organ is not the same as Leslie half-moon. I discovered this and used velcro to mount a Leslie half-moon.

It's the Nord one.

I had the same problem and Pablo advised me to use a 'tap' to get the paint out of the thread. FYI, the size you need is a 4mm-.70 tap which is what those screws are. Available at all good hardware stores.

I think it would be a good thing if we didn't talk about how much a Nord half-moon costs. It's an upsetting subject.
