Hello...It is my first visit here...
One question...Can I use Synth's section knobs to affect the sound of the piano section...like playing piano and change realtime piano sound cutoff freq or res to produce that Dj effect in Dance Music Songs...

No, the synth section is separate from the piano (and organ).
You can use the equalizer, but it is not the same thing, of course.
Another option, you could load a nsmp (1 layer only) piano sample into the synth section and use the filter.
There are some samples here in this site. Recently somebody posted a detuned piano, there is also a Roland piano one too.
Of course they do not sound like the npno samples, but they might do the trick.
If no sample is good enough, then you could attempt re-sampling the piano you like (in audacity or similar) and make your own nsmp file.
