Hi All,
i have a question regarding Nord lead 4 that should work with cubase. still not purchased, just checking things before.
so, assume that it has been connected to cubase, there is midi channel connected to the Nord,
can i record knobs movements as well as recording midi notes?
can i write automation to things from cubase and it will be played on the nord? (such as cutoff, env. stuff, LFO's and ect.)
i have been told that cubase cannot control those parameters, but i saw in user manual that there is midi CC list, so i'm sure i can control the knobs values.
i just want to be sure that i can write (by mouse/hand) automation from specific midi channel, that will stimulate knob movements in the Nord.

Welcome to the forum.

Answer is Yes, to all of your questions above.

I use Cubase 7.5 with the NL4 (Rack). All works great. no limitations, or issues with writing, or editing automation, from the knobs of the NL4 or from Cubase.
