I found some difficulties on sampling... Can I change the .npno or .nsmp file to .wav file so that I can edit them in Nord Sample Editor?
If cant, where should I get those .wav files?

You have to resample the nord sample files yourself as .wav and then re-input them into the sample editor

I mean how to resample them? I still don't get it.

Basically, Nord uses proprietary formats both for their Samples and Pianos. There is no way of editing these files or extracting Waveforms etc.
It makes sense for Nord to protect their Intellectual property by releasing the files in a format that only Nord units can "understand" and there is no modifying possible. By that means, they preclude their sounds to be used on other Instruments or Samplers.
Personally, I agree 100% with their policy! Otherwise, why should they provide tons of FREE samples etc. if you can use them for free no matter on what instrument! The "big three" workstations don't allow any of their preset/ROM sounds to be downloaded so it's fair enough IMHO.

However, you can still resample them and create your own split patches etc. (As long as you use it only for yourself and have a Nord Sample Library capable unit (without it you cannot use the files anyhow), but I am not entirely sure about the legal issues involced, there is not much info on Nords website).

IF you just want some split or layered patches and can live, e.g., with only few sampled keys, it should be fairly simple to create a patch using just Audacity and the Nord Sample Editor.
