NL4, same sound on every preset

Hi all

I wrote a mail to Clavia two weeks ago, but no reply since.

Sometimes my NL4 couldn't change the sound, no reaction of any knob. Switching to another program is possible, the led's status are changing, but the sound isn't changing! Power turn on / off didn't resolve the problem. Only a restore with the SoundManager kicked off this nightmare!

Any ideas?
