Stand for NS ex 73 Compact
Hi there,
I'm new here. My name is Edo and I'm from the Netherlands. Playing keyboard is my profession and I really like my NS.
I've been searching this forum for the next question:
Does the Nord Keyboard Stand EX fit the NS ex 73 Compact?
It's seems to be a negative answer:
http://www.nordkeyboards.com/products/n ... ccessories
Is anyone sure about this? Or is there a way to 'fix' this?
Thanks!

Does the kbd have the plastic blocks for holding the music stand at the back? You need those.

Hi,
as Mr G mentioned, the Music Stand does not fit due to the missing blocks, which is a bit a pitty IMHO.
Similar, the Stand (as in keyboard stand, not sure which one you are referring to) for the 76 and 88 versions is NOT designed to work with the compact or Electro etc.
It seems it CAN be used, but involves drilling 8 holes and using rivets: http://www.norduserforum.com/nord-elect ... rill#p6122 It is for sure a bit risky so not sure I can recommend it.
Cheers.

Re: Stand for NS ex 73 Compact
OK, thanks. I meant the keyboard stand, not the music stand. I'm not going to drill holes into my NS. Thanks for the link, anyway!
Does anybody have any pictures of decent solutions to this? In other words: what is a nice stand for the NS ex compact? Now I use a 'quicklock cross stand' which looks terrible...
