NL 2x: freezing notes

Hi dudes! I hoped i'd never start any topic here and would live my life with my nord happily ever after. But the trouble came in unexpectedly:(
So that's it: when i have layered performance with some pad in one slot and arp in another sometimes after some chords i play a hear a hanging arpeggiated note. And it stops sounding only if i press that key once more. First time i faced this crap in a highly polyphonic patch. There was an legato-arp in one slot and poly sound with unison and "echo" arp mode (4 echoes) in second slot. I scratched my had, wrinkled my forehead, and supposed that synth just ran out of polyphony and it made it mad. I tried to reduce the number of echoes and then turned it off at all, but the problem was not solved. Then i faced the same crap and in other similar performances - just a polyphonic unison pad with no any release and mono arp makes that damned hanging note.
I bought my nord a year ago when i was abroad. Now i have no possibility to go to the store and change it for another one. And i'm not quite sure about warranty even if i had a chance to reach the distributor or manufacturer. So if anyone faced same problem maybe you'd know the secret button or where to caress the red beast?
