Now he stands there all alone. His friends have left him and the younger boys no longer want him on stage. It's their turn now. Dressed up in new fancy drawbars and new tone wheels, tough race has gone overboard. His red face begins to fade more each passing day.

But one hot summer day in 2014 when the sky was blue and the grass green ... Summer NAMM 2014 he suddenly another chance!

Visited my father this week. Nearing 88 he still gets around pretty good, in the shop running power equipment to make bathroom cabinetry, replacing doors and body panels on his '91 BMW refurb job all on his own.

Took my flagship out for a cruise last night. Plenty friends gathered around to enjoy her (it is her, btw, not him) presence. The younger girls flash their fresher smiles, but the old maiden's smile remains the broadest because she knows that the others can't touch her special motion in the ocean. She's not feeling quite ready to be put into mothballs just yet... 8-)
