NL4 Need Help about factory reset..

Hi everyone, i just got my new NL4 from the music shop.but i need a help urgently.. i need to get my NL4 to the factory setting.i want all the programs/performans be in the factory settings.the one i bought is a exposure product and i think they made some changes on it...

does anyone can help about the subject?( i looked to the clavia site but couldn't understand it from the video...)

Hi,

You can restore the Factory Sounds found in the download section of Clavia's webiste : here (select your OS).
using Nord Sound Manager's "restore backup" icon (select your OS here)

hi thanx for the reply.i tried it but now i can't go to the Performance mode. its only A or B sections. and Program mode.How will i go to for ex. P... menu?

The "Factory Backup / Restore" thing is something common to our 2 keyboards, unfortunately I do not own a lead 4 ... let's wait for a Lead4 owner's answer to your second question now ...

The A and B in the performance mode was part of an OS update. Read the OS update history for the NL4.

It's functioning correctly. A recent update changed it from P for performance mode to A and B.

"Performances are now organized in 2 Banks, A and B with 50 slots in each..."
