Re: When a new os for C2?
I sure hope Nord will take the effort of updating the red one. I am tempted to believe they will, as all the contents of the update are applicable to the C2.
I can't wait to get my hands on this new feature : "Improved note on/off performance. Better response to fast glissandos."
I think they will soon make us happy with an updated OS for the C2..... Would be a great way to start 2014!

Re: When a new os for C2?
I would like to this issue addressed, which I mentioned a few months ago:
I just started using my iPad to trigger iLectric and iGrand sounds from the lower manual of my C2. Using an iRig MIDI and it works and sounds great. I also use an Ocean Beach DB-1 drawbar controller. Which was working great in the past. My big problem now is that in order to get the C2 to send velocity, I have to set Local Control (parameter 4 in the MIDI menu) to external device. Apparently, when set to that mode, the C2 cannot receive the CC messages from the drawbars. So I can't use both the Db1 and the external sounds together (unless I don't want velocity sensitivity, but what good would that be?).

Re: When a new os for C2?
There is a (somewhat) new 2.0 OS for the c2 on the clavia site FYI... don't know if you already saw that or not. It has some of the extra features seen in the C2D (extra les model, key click, and a few other things)

Re: When a new os for C2?
I would say an os more recent like the new os for the c2d, 1.10. C2d release a the newest os a month ago and the os of the C2 release the os 2.0 at 14 may 2012 to be like th C2d before 1.10, 1.04. The new feature called: Improved note on/off performance. Better response to fast glissandos interest me.

Re: When a new os for C2?
They didn´t update the Nord Piano but the NP2. And the content of the update was ONLY a softer velocity curve !!!
