Internal clock starting point

Hi,

Another silly question, when syncing arp or LFO rates to master clock, is there a way to make the master clock start when the note is played instead of having it sync to internal clock which, by my estimation, runs continuously.

Thank you very much!

That is not an silly question.
It is a shame for clavia not to fix that bug 'til now.
It makes the arpeggiator or the delay nearly unusable playing with other triggered gear, or a band at least, if used with the master clock.

Thanks Bernard,

Thats a real shame, i hope Clavia will fix this soon.

Nord has come very far, its disappointing to find all these stupid little things. Things that nowadays are regarded as 'basic' functionalities.

Agreed. And I think they should take a real leap in innovation and let users modify their software. But I digress...

There seem to be two ways to sync the master clock: via MIDI, or by switching programs. I don't have any experience with the MIDI possibility, but it could be a solution if you add a laptop. I've synced an arpeggio by switching programs at some point in the past, and it worked OK, although it didn't turn out to be useful in the end because the drummer's tempo varied too much.
