It's possible to send patch nord lead 2X sysex to nord lead 4 ?

Hi Balladinous,
No, the NL4 has a great many new and different parameters and features which are not found on the NL2X, making this impossible.

Assuming you don't have an NL 2X (anymore), you could download Discovery or Discovery Pro from
http://www.discodsp.com/ and run it in demo mode. You can then load NL2X sounds and could try to recreate those on the NL4, where you can compare the sound of Discovery and the NL4.
No idea how well that would work, but it's an idea.
