My Stage 2 73 locked up

In rehearsal last night I was on a Hammond patch and did the old palms down on the left and sweep keys up to the right trick trick into the opening chord and the whole keyboard locked up!!!...the organ was stuck and turning the volume control down made no difference...the only way to shut it up was to turn the keyboard off/on again
This is bad I thought...but carried on an started the song again...and then it did it again! (twice in 5 mins)

Anyone experienced something like this?
On v1.70 opsys...the keyboard has not been dropped, had liquid poured on it or been mistreated in any way...just sat on the stand and turned on for rehearsals for the last 3 months

Hmm. Sounds bad. Never had any issue like that. If it's a software promblem you may want to reinstall the operating system. Certainly drop an email to Clavia Support so they can follow up : support@clavia.se

Depending on the issue, the people at Nord will probably send on your question to the distributor in the UK, who takes care of customer support for the UK and they would contact you.

You could also not wait for this and contact them directly. If you go to the Nord website and look at the top-right, you should see a link to the Distributors page that will have the contact info for the distributor in the UK.
