Setting up in ableton
Just bought a Nord Lead 4 .. could do with ant help on the best way of setting up in ableton live 9 i have it on an external instrument placed in a midi track.. i cant get it to make sound via the midi usb lead so i have itrunnin ginto my sound card from the main out 1-2 int o the back of the audio interface.. Ia there an easier way ??

The USB connection is only for midi and data. So you're hooked up the right way.

As maarthel said, audio is not sent over MIDI so you probably already have it set up the right way.

Dont forget to make more then one output so you can generate more then one sound from your NL per time.
I set it up with two stereo outs into my card and then into Live.
