Hi does anyone have any idea how to convert this brilliant file from AlexNagel for the Stage Classic to my new stage 2.

There is no way to convert sounds from NS Classic/EX to NS2 other than manualy, analyzing it parameter by parameter and trying to mimic each parameter on NS2 (which for the synth section is pretty challenging due to their different structure).
They won't anyway sound 100% the same, the two generations of NS are actually two different machines
