Billy Currie (Ultravox) lead synth sound

I'm trying to get hold of a synth sound as similar to the lead sound used by Billy Currie of Ultravox on almost every one of their recordings, never mind hits lol. As far as I remember it was an OSCar he used, although wikipedia says it was an ARP Odyssey and then later an OSCar but it was the ARP he used live due to the OSCar being so unreliable. Listen to any Ultravox track on the Vienna, Rage In Eden or Quartet and you'll know the sound I mean. I need this for making a home recording.
