Nord Stage Classic-No Sound from headphone jack??

Hi Everyone,

Hoping you could give me some insight on my problem. My headphone jack has completely stopped working on my Nord Stage Classic, Revision B. No crackles..no cutting in and out, just nothing. What do you think the likelihood is that the jack itself is broken vs. something I'm doing wrong/a routing issue etc?? I definitely would not call myself an expert on the ins and outs of the programming etc.

Any help would be appreciated! I don't want to haul it off to a repair shop if there's a chance its user error...

The only user error regarding routing I could see is sending all audio to outputs 3 and 4; other than that, I think the headphone should always output sound.

The headphone has it's own amplifier and I can imagine something is wrong with it, since you say you don't even get crackles. If the headphone jack was broken, you might still get some noise, though that's of course another good culprit.

Anyway, I only know the Stage Classic from looking at the manual, I had a Stage 2 myself but that's not the same thing
