Is it possible to adjust the mod wheel range somehow? It's very hard for me to achieve for example a slight vibrato now, as the optimal value for that is a few degrees turn of the wheel and during vigorous playing the sound goes wobbly too easily. I have read the manual and found that range setting is possible for pitch stick, but no mention for the wheel.

There is no proper modwheel range setting. However, you may want to use the morphing so that the range of the modulated parameter is narrower.

Thanks for the info! I looked into morphing as I was burrowing through the manual and thought the problem might be averted by setting the morphing right, but also nevertheless wondered if there was a dedicated range setting. I was originally going to use morph through an expression pedal as a makeshift aftertouch, but no matter, as I don't think I would have used separate AT and vibrato/tremolo/whatever in the same sound anyway.

Yeah, I would like so badly the aftertouch on the Nord Lead 2...
