New Grand Piano!

Post by Thornberry »

A "medium sized" italian grand!! Demo sounds great, downloading the XL now. Had to delete my Lrg Imperial and Lrg Grand Lady D, as well as my harpsichord :( Will play it for a while and see how it feels. Anyone else try it yet??

WOW! And the best thing is you can download the XL version into the piano RAM of the Electros - for the first time. This is what I'm doing now.
What a great present from Clavia! Thank you!

Hi, Ive had this Piano 2 for a week or so now and I cant seem to get the samples to play on my Nord. It says 'unused' in the sample manager. Any ideas as to how to get the samples in a 'program' or get them on my machine! Thanks in advance!

Does anyone else find the E5 and F5 chirpy? I also found the sound of the hammer hitting the A5, Bb5 and B5 string to be a bit distracting (XL samples on Nord Piano over QSC K8).
I love the overall sound of the Fazioli F212, though.

A few other pitches like A4,Ab4, have that noise too, and yes I head it louder on E5 and F5.
I come back to L version and check.

Thanks for checking!
Do you think we should inform Nord about this, or are those little imperfections part of the charm of the Fazioli?

I'm leaning more toward the second choice.
Jiminy Cricket was on this string this day ;)
