Hi all,

Does anyone own a rd300sx or 700sx, and willing to make a good multisample at the two velo levels - or know where i can find them?

The result i will use for purpose of making nice patch for the Nord.. And make muzica..

Hi, here I post a zipped archive with wav files of the rd700 sx, there are eight C´s, all across the keyboard, I hope you can make a good piano sound, I tried it for the Wave but I couldn´t.

Thanks for your lightning response!

In order to make a proper patch, i will be needing every key sampled at two velocities: one medium (MF) and one hard (FF). The easiest way is to make a track in a DAW and render the long sample, with some space between them. - then in the sample editor I can make it work.

I understand if this is too much work. But the result will be, cool!

I don't want to damp down your spirits, but you don't seem to be aware about the fact that it's not possible to create multivelocity samples for any nord device. The synth section sample library can only handle one velocity layer. And there's no way to create user samples for the piano section - which obviously can handle multi velocity samples.

Sad but true...

I am aware of the limitation, my strategy is to have as many source samples to make a good patch. The Supreme piano has a slight EP feel and i would like to capture that. Velocity switching is a big lack although!

Since we already have excellent piano's in the NP2 i feel we should try find authentic usable sounds to add.

Hi Lemon, I have sold my RD700sx a year ago, so that´s all I have.

Hello, I leave a patch created with samples of Dieguet, I still have not been able to prove, but tonight when I get home I will.
I suspect that only one sample per octave (do) very little, another sample is needed in the middle for better result.
I also used loops to use as little memory as possible.
