You mean the traditional WindFX of analog synths? I don't have such a patch yet but is quite easy to do
You need to use the White Noise sample and modulate the filter with the LFO (triangle wave), the filter should be a LP24 and have the cutoff freq low enough (depends also on the LFO modulation depth) and no KeybTrack, the Resonance controls the "hiss"....

Look also at this generic tutorial video that describes how to create a Wind patch (in a slightly different way, but basic concepts are the same) and try it yourself
