Hi there,
Where did you get the samples from originally. Especially the "fall"/glissando or whatever it's called in the end of every 8th bar in the chorus?

Is there a way of transposing the glissando sample? My band plays this song in a different key than the original.

Yes, you can resample the sounds and pitch them in audacity or similar software before loading them back into the nord sample editor and create a new nsmp file. I did exactly that with a couple of vocoder samples for Get Lucky a while back, and it worked fine for me.
