Hello, my name is Alberto. I am from Barcelona (Spain). I just bought a Wave a few days ago. I've never had a Nord and the first impression have been.: "That sounds good".
When I know how to use the sample editor, I have the intention to upload Some Motif XF samples, so I wonder if it is legal or illegal to sample my Motif XF, Some of my own presets and Some from factory. Just for share with the community.

The sample editor indeed opens a whole new world of creating programs and samples, so good luck with that!
As for sharing samples, you might want to check the http://www.norduserforum.com/forum_rules.php.
As a rule of thumb, commercial software VSTis are typically not allowed to be resampled, for hardware instruments it is most likely to be OK if they are shared for free and by individuals.

OK, thanks for the link to the rules! I am now just familiarizing with the Wave and the apps. Really an interesting synth.
My other synth/workstation is a Yamaha Motif XF7 and it has some awesome presets. My idea is to resample some Motif XF presets and try/learn the sample editor and if I make an interesting sample, upload it.
