Hi, does any of you guys use Boss FS-6 pedal on Nord Stage 4?

I am on latest firmware 1.64 and I can't get it working.
I use TRS jack connected to A+B. After connecting the pedal, Nord display error message "incompatible control pedal". Polarity of both switches are set to left and in pedal configuration on Nord I got "Dual closed". But it doesn't matter what I do, I tried switching different polarities on pedal/config, nothing helps.
In pedal menu, there are few "presets" for compatible pedals, but there is none for this particular Boss one.
I saw online that this pedal should work on NS4 so I went and bought it. :/
Is it possible the newest firmware blocks usage of "incompatible" pedals?

Did you insert a battery? It may be mandatory.

It is mandatory (I confirm, I had a FS-6 and changed it because of that)

@kalivodv: to which input of NS4 are you connecting it, Program up/down I presume (right)?

Ok, I am dumb. I was using "control pedal" input and it should be in "foot switch".

Good you found where the issue was

I didn't buy another double switch pedal for Program changes (I don't actually need it, it was an experiment but in case I have also a M-Vave Chocolate Pro that can do the job via MIDI). Any passive double momentary switch pedal would work, staying on Boss there is the FS-7 which doesn't require a battery.
