Nord Lead 2x 110v to 240v?

I think I asked this long ago, but never got a definitive answer.

I have a Lead 2x, and it has a step down transformer. It's 110v. I seem to remember someone saying you could switch something (inside?) to change it to 240v & removing the need for the cumbersome transformer.

Is this true?. Is it a simple procedure, or am I best leave it as is.

Yes, but mind you have also to change the fuse value.

Thanks.
Still not sure which exact fuse for UK voltage though. That thread you linked only seems to suggest US & Euro ones. I think UK is different to both.

There is no UK voltage, you have 2 settings on the transformer (110 and 230 VAC) and you need the corresponding fuse as explained in that thread, minimal differences of +/- 10 VAC are not relevant
