Actually, in the USA it's AMS, and buried in their website is a link to the Nord support front end here:
https://www.nordkeyboards.com/support/
Nord will then route it to the local distributor.

This is from a 2016 document, and I don't see any service centers listed in south Florida, but some of these businesses may still be around and can point you to someone closer to you.
