Nord drum 2 boot problems

Hey everyone! This might be a bit of a long shot, but has anyone ever worked on a Nord Drum 2?
I have one that is misbehaving…
When the unit receives power it displays the OS version, then the display just shows 0. Won’t respond to any button presses. No patches work.
I can boot into the update mode upon powering up and re-download the firmware, but this doesn’t fix the problem.
Took the unit apart to inspect it, none of the components visually look bad. Is it possible something within the firmware is corrupted? Possibly a memory issue?
