I have a kawai vpc1 piano controller, but I don’t use it for concerts and rehearsals - I can’t even lift it))) but for recording and practicing - yes, that was the goal, to buy an NE6D with light keys and when I need to connect (at home) a heavy keyboard. But I'm very upset about the lack of a synthesizer. I'm just broken. I've been saving for a NE6D for a long time and it is a wonderful instrument. But I have some work (cover band with dancing) where I can get by with just one Lead A1, probably, although a piano and rhodes are also needed. But powerful synths, leads and arpeggiators are more important in dance music. I'm confused

Sorry but in generale one should know what he/she is buying in advance, not discover it after; the fact that NE6D has not a full synthesiser (but just a sample playback engine with very basic Filter/Amp) is well known as it is on public specs and manuals (and demos and reviews)... then, if you cannot spend money now for another keyboard, you can compensate that with some Virtual Instruments on a computer/tablet (NE6 has USB MIDI, but on the otehr hand no ModWheel and PitchBend), but if you mainly play music where you need synth sounds then NE6d is definitely nor for you and you should rather sell it (or return to seller, if still possible) and get something else.
