Win 11 latest will not open latest update

So I go to the Nord Site, download the zip folder for the latest update, 1.60. ontomy desktop (tried a USB stick too), the file will not open. I get an access denied message from Windows, then, very strangely, the file completely vanishes!

Found a solution. Instead of simply clicking on the download, which works with every other zip file, I right click and choose open with then WinRar.
Then extract, then run.
