Sound Manager error message"bad zip file offset to entry"

Hi all Nordites,
Hoping for some tech assistance
I own both a Nord Stage 4 Compact and a Nord Stage 4 73 HA. NS4 Compact I use for gigs and travel as it's lighter and more portable.

I recently backed up my NS4 Compact ( latest firmware- using Nord Manager Version 9.16 and BOTH Nord Stages have OS 1.54.)

I'm trying to load a backup file from my NS4 Compact to The NS473 HA and getting an error message-

"Bad zip file offset to entry" ??!!

What does this mean and what am I doing wrong?

Any Help most appreciated.

Are you using the same version of Nord Sound Manager to restore it?

If you make a copy of your NS4 backup file and rename (the copy) to .zip, are you able to extract it? If not, backup file may be corrupt.
