Any 2 keys played at or about the same time causes keyboard to have a vibrato effect. Installed restore file and upgraded, still no help

I put my headphones on and it plays perfect, Has something to do with feedback from Presonus midi. since I have 2 instruments tracks loaded. Must be echoing in from the other invisible track. I'll just record with headphones at the nord and turn up the board for the song tracks till I figure it out.
