When can the NE6D users get some great classic rock patches too?

Well, this is a VERY generic question. For classic rock you usually need hammond and piano sounds, which should both be easily achieved from the basic functions of the NE6D.

Can you specify in a bit more detail what you are looking for? Is it about programs or samples, and which ones?

For using an acoustic piano sound in a covers band, my default suggestion would be to use the "White Grand" sound, which can be used with a Nord Electro 6D. It's not the only good acoustic piano sound, but it can work well with either a stereo audio feed or a mono audio feed. (Some bands prefer to use a mono audio feed for keyboard sounds, and the White Grand sound works well for that, in addition to being a good acoustic piano sound in general.

Hi, I suggest you search for these here at the forum to help yourself if no Electro 6 user can provide the programs ready to use for you. There should be a couple of programs available for these songs, most of them probably for the Nord Stage 2 or Nord Stage 3.

Although you would not be able to use them on your NE6D you might want to look at these programs with the help of the Nord program viewer created by the forum user Florence (see the link in my signature). This will unveil the details like samples used, settings for organ and pianos etc. which can be helpful for you to re-create the programs on your NE6D as much as possible, except of course any “real” synth parts since the NE6D does not have a synth section like the Stage, just a sample player with some features to shape the sample sounds.
