Ive been doing my research on what in-ears to purchase but wanted feedback from those of you who have had any great sound experience with any specific brand and model. I have audiotechnica 50X headphones in my house and they sound really good so that being said i saw audiotechnica has some inear models. Any suggestions here?

You can go fancy, or go practical. The Linsoul models have earned a reputation of having amazing sound for not much money (~$50 USD). I've been buying them for my band for several years now. Get some upgraded foam tips and a nice cable, and you'll be all set - just give them a while to break in.

Thanks for the info. What Linsoul specific model we are talking about? I went to their webpage and ther are tons of models. Which one has the reputation of amazing sound?

I usually get the five driver models, but they change names all the time. Try the KZ ZS10 Pro or similar.

If you have the budget, get a set of custom IEM which provide more isolation and better sound quality than non fitted IEM's

I started with Shure SE215 single driver and then moved up to Westone X20 dual drivers which were both a big improvement in sound vs. floor monitors, especially running in stereo.

I went to the NAMM show last year with some recordings of my vocals and NS4 keyboard sounds and tried the top custom IEM's including Ultimate Ears, JH Audio and 65 audio and ultimately settled on the Sensaphonic 2MAX dual driver fitted earphones. I actually preferred the 2MAX over the 3MAX triple driver model which I found to have a pronounced bass bump which I didn't like for piano or B3. I preferred the sensaphics over the other brands due to their all silicon ear piece which is very comfortable and extends into the second ear canal for maximum isolation.

I love my AT M50X for their comfort and flat studio reference full-range response, but I find myself using my X20's more often for keyboard and vocal practice because they sound so great.

I have several (5-6) different sets of KZ and actually settled on using a pair with less drivers / crossovers based on which pair best represented the true sound of my patches thru my studio monitors / K8.2 and the FOH.

Some models are designed for a hyped EQ curve and too bright for my taste...I get it that vocalists might prefer more sibilance for clarity but that was causing me to rethink patches that were already properly tweaked.
