Unable to use piano section

I have a Nord stage 3, and when I turned it on this morning, it gave me an error message saying that the piano sounds were missing.

I tried everything I could think of (software update, reloading sounds, resetting the machine) to no avail. When I tried to add a piano sound, I would get the following error message:
Creqcreatefile failed: FFSFail (22)

Contacted sweetwater, waiting to hear back from Clavia Nord. Trying to figure out if I have to replace the mainboard, or if there is something I am missing. Thanks!

Hi, that seems to be a hardware failure actually (probably at the level of Piano section Flash RAM chips) seemalso viewtopic.php?p=159198 so contacting the seller was the right thing to do.
