Look at Nordkeyboards.com, Sounds menu, then select "Legacy Products" from the pull down menu, Then find Electro 3.

It doesn't seem to be a problem for me: Went to the web site, selected Electro 3 as target in the library and hit the Download button - a list appears with the available sizes.

Try a different browser (which one are you using now?) or check if it has any privacy/security setting blocking popups or downloads from new websites.

First of all welcome to the forum and this very knowledgeable community of Nord users, you will find a lot of information and also support from the members for nicely asked questions and problems.

How much memory do you have available for piano samples on your Electro 3, and should the Royal or the Velvet theoretically fit into the free space of the piano section?
